Modat Featured in High-Level Thales Visit to HSD Campus

Modat was proud to be among a select group of cybersecurity innovators presenting to Thales' new leadership during a strategic visit to Security Delta (HSD) in The Hague.

Thales CEO Otto de Bont, CTO Koen ten Hove, and members of the Thales Cyber team toured the HSD Campus to explore collaboration opportunities and learn about the Dutch security ecosystem. The delegation was welcomed by HSD General Director Joris den Bruinen and Manager Innovation Team Saskia Noordewier, who presented HSD's mission and strategic priorities, including its collaboration with the Dutch Ministry of Defence and the development of the Cyber Campus/House of Cyber.

During the campus tour, Vincent Thiele, Co-Founder and COO of Modat, showcased how Modat's internet infrastructure intelligence helps organisations detect and predict cyber threats before they materialise. Modat was joined by representatives from AKASEC and Merlon Security, who each presented their contributions to a more resilient cyber landscape.

The visit concluded at the Digital Forensics Lab of Hogeschool Leiden, demonstrating how education, research, and practice come together to develop the next generation of cybersecurity talent.
