He is a frequent speaker at international conferences, including RISE, FIRST, FS-ISAC, and others.

Vincent is a veteran cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of experience spanning finance, government, and technology. He has served in key roles such as Head of Operations for ING Bank’s CISO department, CISO at Cybersprint, and Deputy CISO at Darktrace. As COO of Modat, Vincent drives strategic initiatives, compliance, and operational excellence to support innovation and growth. Vincent is a former FS-ISAC board member and current CSIRT.global board member.

After a decade-long tenure in the Dutch and London banking industry, he was the co-founder of successful renewable energy project development company. As CFO of cybersecurity start-up Cybersprint, he was a key contributor to growing the company to acquisition by globally recognised Darktrace in 2022.

Ramy Houssaini is the Chief Cyber Solutions Officer at Cloudflare, where he leads advanced cybersecurity initiatives and the CxO Transformation Partners team—a group of field executives (CTOs, CSOs, and CIOs) partnering with enterprise customers to drive digital transformation and strengthen cyber defenses. With over 25 years of global experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology management, he has held senior roles at BNP Paribas, British Telecom in Europe, Accenture, and Visa Inc. Ramy is also the Founding Chair and Cyber Happiness Officer of the Cyber Poverty Line Institute, championing digital equality and cyber inclusion. He holds degrees from McGill University, Northwestern University, and Duke University.

Georges De Moura is a global cybersecurity executive with deep experience in cyber risk, resilience, and large-scale security transformation across complex, highly regulated environments. He has held senior leadership roles across industry and critical sectors, including Etihad Aviation Group, Thales Group, and EDGE Group, where he led enterprise-wide cybersecurity, governance, and operational security programs spanning IT and operational environments. Georges has also contributed to global discussions and initiatives on systemic cyber risk and digital resilience with the World Economic Forum, engaging closely with public- and private-sector leaders. His perspective combines strategic governance, operational execution, and policy-oriented insight, making him a valued advisor on evolving cyber threats and organisational resilience.

John Fokker is Vice-President Threat Intelligence Strategy at Trellix, where he and his team drive a cross-functional mission to detect, understand, and disrupt cyber adversaries—delivering intelligence-led solutions for customers, and global partners. Prior to joining Trellix, he served with the Dutch National High-Tech Crime Unit (NHTCU), the Dutch National Police unit dedicated to investigating advanced forms of cybercrime. Over the course of his career, he has supervised numerous large-scale cybercrime investigations and takedowns. Fokker is also a co-founder of the NoMoreRansom Project and a member of the Europol EC3 advisory group on Internet Security.
